Precise: Don't oversell, keep it as simple as possible
If your target audience needs it, then they should be able read what they need immediately (key words are paramount).
Value: Money matters
Customers/Clients look for value for money. Your copy has to convey that instantly, that's how things always sell. Your USP (unique selling proposition) should be very clear!
Uncomplicated: Easy to understand
Too many technical terms/explanation of the product will leave most confused and unsure. And, that is something that should never happen. Keep it simple, have faith in your product and explain it as simple as possible.
You will have to excuse my honesty! I have worked with start-up companies for most of my career, and have moved on once they have achieved success. It has been driving me and will continue to drive me. When things are new, there is a challenge to put words and processes in place.
